Wonder Woman
World-renowed and beloved Wonder Woman is turning 80. To honour this milestone, Warner Bros approached La Redoute for a unique fashion collaboration: four capsules designed by Vanessa Seward, Mossi, Sakina M'Sa and Elise Chalmin. The clothes illustrate their vision on this icon of empowerment.
- La Redoute X Vanessa Seward
Vanessa has created this retro-elegant collection specifically with one person in mind. Her muze? Lynda Carter, who played the fictional superheroine Wonder Woman in the 1976’s TV series.
- La Redoute X MOSSI
Inspired by French couturier and costume designer Madame Grès, MOSSI has created this capsule. For him, she’s the embodiment of Wonder Woman. Haute couture accents and funky prints set the tone.
- La Redoute X Sakina M'sa
“Her golden boots and sexy shorts made the stars dance,” according to Sakina. A pop feel and the Wonder Woman logo define the collection.
- La Redoute X Elise Chalmin
Elise has designed this capsule with the colours, the iconic stars and the shiny elements of the Wonder Woman costume in mind. Comic and pop accents bring the collection to life.
'Clothing imperfections' by Céline Schmid
Under the theme ‘clothing imperfections’ designer Céline Schmid revamped two dressing classics in her capsule: a slightly fitted blouse and wide-leg straight jeans. Céline is the winner of the HEAD x la Redoute 2020 Prize.
Ysé: responsibly beautiful in burgundy, navy & floral
La Redoute Collections teamed up with Ysé, one of the most popular lingerie brands in France. This wisely* sensual line is created by women for women and combines comfort, practicality and style with pieces that will easily find their place among women’s everyday outfits.
